Grindhouse is a strength and conditioning gym located in Burton-on-trent Derbyshire. We focus on strongman hybrid training which is the movement of awkward heavy objects over distance and various planes using strongman methods incorporating high intensity real life functional movements. We cater for ALL, from guys wanting to get fit and healthy to persons who wish to pursue a Pro Career.

We train Strongman, Strongwoman, Strongman fitness (beastings) MMA and BJJ Strength and conditioning programmes plus specialist S&C programmes for Runners and Athletes. Whatever your goals Grindhouse can help you to acheive them!
